1. About Astro Nova

Astro Nova (Pvt) Ltd is a licensed travel agency registered with the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA), acting as an intermediary and agent between travellers and third-party suppliers — airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurers, and transport providers.

2. Inquiries are not bookings

Submitting a form on this website (service inquiry, custom trip request, or contact message) is a request for information and does not constitute a confirmed booking or contract. A booking is only confirmed once our team has provided a written quotation or itinerary and you have accepted it, and any required deposit or payment has been received.

3. Pricing

Prices shown or discussed, including on the Packages and Destinations pages, are indicative and subject to availability, exchange rates, and supplier pricing at the time of confirmation. Final pricing will always be confirmed in writing before payment is requested.

4. Payments

This website does not process payments. All payments are arranged directly with our team through agreed, secure channels. We will never ask you to send card details or banking information through a public form or unsolicited message.

5. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, amendment, and refund terms depend on the specific airlines, hotels, and suppliers involved in your booking, and will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation. Astro Nova will support you in managing changes but is not liable for supplier-imposed cancellation fees or restrictions.

6. Travel documentation

While our team assists with visa guidance and documentation support, it remains the traveller’s responsibility to hold valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for their journey.

7. Website use

You agree to use this website only for genuine inquiries and to provide accurate information in any form you submit. We reserve the right to disregard submissions that appear fraudulent, automated, or abusive.

8. Limitation of liability

Astro Nova acts as an agent for third-party travel suppliers and is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or service failures of airlines, hotels, or other suppliers, except where required by applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
